Formely known as the HVCA, BESA is the UK's leading professional body for building engineering services contractors in which J.E.Dean have been long serving members.  

BESA represents the interests of firms active in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration (hvacr) products and equipment.  Its members are subject to regular, third-party competence and assessment to ensure their technical and commercial competence.  There is a annual competence Assessment process with site inspection every three years to maintain full compliance by all its members.
